Lol... Drink a lot of water before going to the gym and make sure you have enough sleep because you'll do squatting...Good luck!

I remember back in the day I would get high and then hammer out a shitload of pushups. It's as if my mind would be separate from my muscles, and I could just force myself to keep going and going and going. Not sure if it would be safe with weights though. Weed + Superpump = super retard strenght.

Weed way better than alkie for lifting. The burn feels so GOOD on weed. It's like I can feel the dopamine being released.

Found the opposite.

Squatting while drunk. usually allows me to push up 20-30 more pounds.

Especially 6 am college lifts.

FWIW, I once tried to erg while drunk. I got my split below 1:40 for 300m and then felt like puking/fell off the erg.

I don't know about you but I can hardly do box squats without losing balance when I'm actually piss drunk. Misleading thread title.

Light squats after a couple of shots? Sure to make you feel better about yourself, but don't count those in your weekly workout routine.
