Directed by Zack Snyder (Watchmen & 300). Trailer looks great.

Hellz yeah. Hot broads in their skivies, mechs, steampunk and dragons what's not to like?

that azn chick with the lollipop...

Yep, this pretty much covers every guy's action movie fantasy checklist.
there's 6 different girls, but only 5 on the main poster.

I really like the whole hot chicks/steampunk/badass action and robot fighting mix. Unfortunately, Zach Snyder's movies always look cooler in trailers than in theaters.

+1.

I know nothing about the story, and the poster only serves to confuse things, but anything with dirigibles, biplanes, giant fighting mecha-suits and hot girls can only be good.

Yea this looks like a fun movie... I wonder what the budget of the movie was.

First Look Photos of Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch’s Pink Bunny Mech, Masked Zombie War Soldier and… Oh Yeah, The Girls too Posted on Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 by Peter Sciretta Last week we posted the first photo from Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch. At Comic-Con, some props and maquettes are on display from the film, giving us a better look at our group of girl heros, a World War I masked zombie solider, and a mech suit featuring a pink bunny. Hit the jump to see more photos.
The film stars Abbie Cornish, Jena Malone, Emily Browning, Scott Glenn, Vanessa Hudgens and Jamie Chung. The film follows Emily Browning’s character, Babydoll, who is confined to a mental institution from which she fantasizes an alternate reality. Browning and the other girls seen here are all wards of the institution, and this shot is part of the fantasy reality, in which Browning is trying to find a handful of objects that will allow her to escape. Snyder has said many times that the film will be a dark, violent fantasty full of guns, action and monsters.

I'd have to disagree. He did a great job with adapting Watchmen. It was probably the most difficult graphic novel to make into a movie and he really did a great job with it.

As for 300, that thing was a page for page translation from book to film. It was made for the action and visuals and nothing else, if you were looking for an actual mind boggling plot, then you watched the movie for the wrong reason. Movie was great for what it is, an action-driven, testosterone filled movie.
