one meal - no foam, no meat ice cream, preferably something that involves ham.

I've been several times, and had some great food, but mostly it was just walking into a place that looked good. now I want to seek out a good place. I'm at the intercontinental, if that makes a difference.

thanks

Sanxenxo. Galician seafood. East Asian-style private dining rooms.

Another good one, El Paraguas, C/ Jorge Juan, 16

You were more lucky than I, then. I've only eaten mediocre to bad meals in Madrid. I hope you'll fare better. On the other hand I had one of the best Mojitos ever in Madrid. Can't recall where. I'll leave you with a picture of a speciality I've tried in Madrid: Have a good time!
