Mt. Sinai is 2 blocks away. I mean it's only for a month until I find a place. It's a really nice apartment (I've seen pics) and the kid seems pretty cool. It's either that or Broome and Eldridge, but I have yet to see pics (I'm sending my friend to look at the place tomorrow).

yeah, and it's Mt. Sinai that breaks up the neighborhood and why you'll see a massive difference between 95th and Madison and 105th and Madison.

Broome and Eldridge is a bit more of an interesting area, quite ethnically Asian as well.

I see (regarding Mt. Sinai). The Broome and Eldridge situation is at odds at the moment, since the guy is being a little hard to get a hold of.
