Not really, I've heard the same things from my friends as well saying I can do better or it's just not worth it. I've already asked her to get back together after we broke up and pestered her for a few days which in her eyes killed all the attraction. This was a way to salvage some respect as it was my choice not to pick my stuff back up and move on.
