help me to choose hairstyle please

here is my pic: I never really did anything cool with my hair in my life, i didn't care the way it looked... Can somebody please help me to choose a good hairstyle for me? that will look cool, good, (and make me look older) I'm 18 but i look younger. And what shape of face do I have. thnx
