I'm still so jealous of you! Have fun, you'll have to tell me how it is! I love Massive Attack.

Just came back home from Massive Attack concert in Saint-Petersburg...

What to say? I really have no words to describe it. Best concert I've ever been to. So stylish... no chatting, no attention to the guys playing... just flows of light and sounds that made me feel like I'm on ecstasy ))) Incredible. I'm stupidly happy

I read today that weezer is going to perform all of 'pinkerton' at select shows this fall. Fuck their new stuff, I really have no desire to hear it.
When I saw them, they didn't play a single track from pinkerton. If they announce they're going to play it anywhere near the Midwest I am there.

Same with Sufjan, he's supposed to be touring soon.

Other than those two, I'd have to drive 4 hours to see a band and Omaha and Denver just haven't had anything decent enough for that this month.

I saw them when they were in Sydney in March, a few days after my birthday . Still get goosebumps when i think of the explosion of light & sound, at that moment when Angel really kicks in .

Sleigh Bells tonight = Ehh. Was ok. Kinda gimmicky. Cute chicks in audience. I've seen a bunch of shows the past several months. Black Keys = very good CSS = pretty good, lotsa fun Big Boi = good Prince = f&cking awesome The Walkmen = great Arcade Fire = pretty good, kinda pretentious Tahiti 80 = tres awesome Seeing Florence & The Machine this weekend.

I saw The Walkmen last fall - ONe of my favorite bands but I was too drunk to really enjoy it. Passion Pit - Full of 18 year olds but a lot of fun and the girls were hawt Broken Bells - Good. Felt like I was just listening to the album live. No real personality added I'm seeing Matt & Kim in a few weeks. okkervil River is playing tonight but I never got tickets

Might go to Osheaga this year. Line-up is alright I'd say. Will probably catch Eminem, Death Cab, and Bright Eyes.
