Name of haircut? random photo.

Hey guys,
Looking to get a new cut down the barbers, had trouble finding photos of something I like the look of, however just found a pic on some news site of a security guard in the background of a courtroom... anyway I like the cut, only thing is I think it might be weird taking this photo down with me?

so anyone know what this haircut is called? help would be much appreciated, cheers.

I don't think it's a fade. It's a variation of a crew cut with little fade/taper. Similar styles:

I'll say I want it tapered on the sides so it fades into a crew cut? either way wish me luck!
