To be honest, I get a little tired of ff films as they're all pretty much the same thing - slow motion double hauling.

Yeah, AV. I feel a little badly for her. She's had to deal with no end of stupidity as the babe of the fly-fishing world.

 

There's also this gal who seems mostly insane.

Third pic - how shallow is that stream? Clay bottom? What are you casting to?

That's a stream that was ankle deep, with a few sections slightly deeper. Full of brown trout.

It's in the middle of the desert; not a place that anyone would think would have fish (but I'm an optimist. and like to explore) It is a little ribbon of life through red rocks and sand.

Bottom is sand. (Actually, there were a couple of sections of quicksand.)
