Has anyone been able to make their face smaller, by any chance?

I don't quite like how large my face is <--- but I'm wondering if anyone's been able to exercise enough to reduce the size of their face. Bit skeptical, though: I have wide cheekbones and it doesn't seem like I can :/

Thanks all.

yes...get the shit kicked out of you by bouncers every couple of weeks...at first there will be some swelling but then as the knuckles crash against your face bones that will gradually grind them down to desired effect...try at nearest strip joint asap

Some people naturally have different shapes, if you're at 6% body fat and your face is still big then it is big! otherwise, there is no way of ever telling. Most people are physically balanced though. I used to have a huge face in my chub high school days but it definitely got smaller as I've progressed physically.

try running to make sure and keep yourself toned. you always see runners drawing a lot of motion with their cheeks as they breathe. i dont know just sayin'

The only thing to help is dropping 3-6k on surgery. It's your face, so it will be money well spent. Go to clinic websites and look at the before and after pics. You might able to keep the same body fat % but bulk up at the gym. Your large hair makes your face seem wider. Get a new haircut. Edit: Ah, saw your other thread about haircuts. Great minds think alike.

Some have been able to make their face smaller by losing weight. For you I don't think the issue is face size or facial fat. The issue is a woman-like face, due to low testosterone.

having a big face due to bone features is a good thing. i was going to say lose some weight when i saw the title but you shouldnt have a problem just change your hairstyle.

i rather have big boned facial features that are prominent rather than a thin looking face

Make your body larger in order to balance things out.

A few people I know casually seem to have been quite successful using meth.

Both my brother and I tend to put some fat on our faces and our cheeks when we gain weight. If we work out and stay in shape, you can see the result in our faces and cheeks. I'd say to start or continue working out and really get serious. I'll say this... I know I really stress my face on really tough lifts; I'm sure that has to have some level of effect on my face...lol. So, get out there, do some reading and do work! At the expense of being ridiculed here on SF, here's a before and after pic of me. Check out the difference in my face! That's not to say that I don't have a lot more work to do, but working out and being healthy has a ton of benefits to the way you look, the way you feel about yourself and how you carry yourself. Bulk up and start researching hairstyles that make your face look thinner.

You can also try to go into TV news. I understand that big faces project better on the small screen.
