In my opinion, he can't carry an entire film. I mean, think about it. The things people liked about Hulk in the Avengers film were the little things. Catching Iron Man. Punching Thor. Thrashing Loki around. They were cool but it's those unexpected, bit parts that grab people's attention. I really don't need to see him flipping tanks and jumping from city to city for another 2 hours again.

The only way I could see myself liking it, honestly.

Bruce Banner is just a dry character; plain and simple. He isn't witty like Stark, self-deprecating like Peter, or mysterious like Logan. He is basically Mister Fantastic without the rest of the F4.

A WWH film would be awesome, but they would have to change the reason why he was sent off to a distant planet. In the context of the current films, it just wouldn't work.

There is a WWH animated film out now that actually turned out fairly well. They made some odd changes to the story, but I enjoyed it. It's on Netflix streaming.

It's a horrible redesign. Ever since that image leaked people have been trashing it. Not sure what Marvel is thinking.

Did you notice that Thor has two swords now? That seems like an odd choice for the character considering his main weapon, but maybe they will have a good explanation for them.

Well it started with Cyclops' new Phoenix design, he looks like Nightwing.
The new one is just terrible, looks like a terrible anime design.

Only reason I watched this film and I enjoyed it was because of Ironman aka Tony Stark aka Robert Downey Jr.

 

All the other characters are boring except for that hot redhead cool.gif

THOR: THE DARK WORLD

CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER


Apparently they are also showing the test footage of AntMan in the SDCC panel.

They showed concept art for Guadrians of the Galaxy and the roster is: Star-Lord, Draxx the Destroyer, Groot, Rocket Raccoon & Gamorra.

The scene is a hallway with two guardians (maybe shield agents?) guarding a door at the end

on the opposite end of the hallway is a vent and, at it, stands Ant-Man at only a few inches high

He leaps down and we see him running down the massive hallway

Suddenly there's a flash and he's full sized, charging the guards.

He leaps and flashes again. He punches one at his tiny size and one of the guy's teeth goes flying out of his mouth as he crashed into a panel.

Ant-Man slides down the tie of the other man and returns to full size, flipping him over

He gets in the door, apparently an elevator, at full size and, with another flash, is gone

The title comes up, just plain ANT-MAN
