Still doing incredible business in theaters, Marvel's The Avengers is on its way to DVD and Blu-ray later this year. Though an official date is still unconfirmed, an interesting tease has shown up Amazon for something called the "Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase One - Avengers Assembled" Blu-ray collection. The tentative list of content for the ten-disc set reads as follows:

• Marvel’s The Avengers (Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray)
• Captain America: The First Avenger (Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray)
• Thor (Blu-ray 3D and Blu-ray)
• Iron Man 2 (Blu-ray)
• The Incredible Hulk (Blu-ray)
• Iron Man (Blu-ray)
• Bonus Disc - “The Phase One Archives” (Blu-ray)
• Collectible packaging with exclusive memorabilia from the Marvel Cinematic Universe

The listing also includes the below image, which hints that the set might mimic the briefcase that Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury uses to transport the Cosmic Cube. Whatever is under the S.H.I.E.L.D. cloth, though, is said to be revealed on July 15th.

The FF 2 was an epic failure, the first one was a fail.

Spiderman 3 was pretty bad after 2 great episode.
And the point in wanting to make a reboot because of licence reason, and cause the director left is a pity.

In the same time Marvel manage to make good super heros movies.

We could have major cross-over with all marvel superheroes but Sony doesn't want to cooperate.
It's sure that the budget production and benefict could dramatically increase with a joint-venture.

Avenger's billion will make them think about it i am sure.

False. FF2 is leaps and bounds better than FF1. The characters and story actually pan out in a plausible and cohesive fashion. FF1 was a hodgepodge of stuff, FF2 I actually felt they were a team.

Why can't the villians get new and bigger suits.

I don't know why Iron Man has to fight another robot in the first place. It's becoming like Transformers the way his enemies come out of the assembly lines. But then again, he never had the most interesting villains.

It'll be interesting with what they'd do with Extremis because it wasn't a bot that almost killed him, well not a suit at least.

I didn't care for either, but remember thinking the 2nd one was horrible until I passed out on the couch watching it. For some reason a girl I was dating bought me it thinking I would enjoy the movie.

I guess the Acura & Marvel partnership is over?

In addition to the awesome line up of Iron Man hardware that Tony will have in his latest flick Iron Man 3, it turns out he will be getting an automobile upgrade to go along with it.

Latino Review is reporting that Tony's new car will be a 2014 Bugatti Veryron Hyper Sport, a car with a price tag just over $2 million. While the below picture isn't the exact car they'll be using for Tony, it is the same model of car.

The new model will also feature an all-new body said to be inspired by the original Bugatti Veyron concept of 1999. This concept was designed by the current head of Bugatti design, Walter de Silva – former SEAT head of design. The new car will have a top speed of 434km/h… in case the first edition wasn’t fast enough with its 408km/h top speed. The engine will be based on the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport’s 8.0-litre quad-turbo W16 motor, showcasing around 895kW of power and 1500Nm of torque.

Acura, come back. All is forgiven.

Nah, with the Bugatti that means they're back to VW group so we should see much better cars this time around. We need more R8 and Bentleys.

I thought the Acura thing was just for the first Avengers film? I don't think they signed a contract for all future Marvel films. That would have been an expensive risk up front not knowing if the film would have done well.

It was all Acura in the Thor film iirc.
