Well, that seems . . . not entirely inappropriate.

As Joffrey said, sure it would be nice if they took a comic book show concept, deconstructed it in some brilliant way, and totally transcended the drama. Those happy surprises are always enjoyable. I've never seen any reason to expect that here, though.

That said, I don't think that's a reason not to talk about lazy writing and other stupid things that happen in the show - it's part of the fun.

I just hate how they've dragged out this whole Governor thing - I feel like there's no way they can bring him back in a way that won't be typical or expected. I was already annoyed when they didn't kill him the 1000000 times they had the chance. All the scenarios I can think of him coming back are just whack.

1. He created a new colony - stupid

2. He's a zombie - horribly stupid

3. He's some Chuck Norris fool living in the wild like Tarzan - the worst thus far

4. He's dead - for real....

5. He comes back and Rick let's him be apart of the group - If that happens I hope he kills Rick and inherits Carl as his new son

6. He runs out of the forest and kills Rick and becomes the new leader of the group - hmmmmm...

The possibilities are endless.

He forms a band called Eddie and the Walking Cruisers.

Not a bad episode up until the zombie horde. Where the fuck did 10,000 z's come from? Did a ball game just let out?

And brilliant plan, Daryl. Stop the car and wait until there are dozens of zombies draped on the car before throwing it in reverse and backing away.

They had to do something with the 10,000 z's they just built in post. Not to mention the barrels of specially ordered z guts. Accounting would be all over their asses if they don't use that stuff.

The car spun wheels over the dead bodies so they were STUCK? Nobody on that show ever driven in the snow? Rock back and forth you tool.

also, what about the part when Rick and Carol effortlessly crawled back through the fence held together by a couple bungee cords, yet 1-2 episodes ago, the horde of walkers almost brought down the same fence.

I was hoping they would have left the prison by now. The setting is growing stale. I'm guessing they'll flee when Daryl and crew get back to warn them about the herd of Zs.

Carol being the murderer didn't come as a surprise. I wonder if confronting her will be the focus of the next episode.

Fun fact: Snow is not at all like a pile of bodies.

Bodies are even better. The bones let you get traction.

Most northerners keep a pair of jeans in the trunk for extra traction when stuck in the snow. Jeans with the legs inside have to be that much better.

Most of those Zs were still wearing pants. There were a few hippies with sundresses in there but there was enough to spin out of it.

I wouldn't think a lot of georgians would have experience driving in snow. Not that I'm defending that stupid scene.
