Just found out that Bouley Market in Tribeca has closed! Damn, that was a great place, and I'm coming for a month. I was planning on it being one of my main places to eat for good cheap, cafeteria styled food. Do any NY people here have any recommendations similar to Bouley Market?

Initial Impressions I ordered Taylor Stitch's 10 oz indigo Cone Mills Flatout shirt (http://taylorstitch.com/products/indigo-cone-flatout). The denim shirts come in three colors: Indigo in 10...

This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

I can't think of any more cafeteria like places down there, but I do favor a very cheap pizzeria on church and chambers as well as a fine little joint called Pan Latin on Chambers and Rockefeller Park - they have passable rice and beans, quasedilas, and empenadas at great prices.
Thanks bud. That Whole Foods is a few blocks from my hotel as well so I'll keep it in mind. I'm there for 30 days, and while I'll be eating at restaurants a lot there are sometimes I just want to take some food back to my room. I've been suspect of the food at those little market stores, but maybe they are ok too.

The crepes in the Whole Foods in Tribeca on West st. and that street one block south of Chambers are cheap and delicious. I find that Whole Foods has by far the best cafetaria/buffet section of any Whole foods I've ever seen.

You seem like you live close to World financial center 3 also. A few friends of mine have summer jobs there and the first floor has a nice small food court esque area with a Cosi, some asian food, and a few other simple places. For chinese takeout, I recommend Lilli's Noodle Shop (though I hate their dumplings).
