It's built on 0.96 A/R with more or less Q-trim, it's going to be shitty in terms of spool, and ball bearings help more in terms of reliabilty than spool. Personally I would go with one of the custom turbos that they're making in the US, there are a number of manufacturers. Jon Kuryama, formerly of Fastrax, and who now works for HKS, used to do some nice things with HKS turbos, replacing their internals with more efficient parts. I believe he worked on the lexus powered supra that ran 6s for HKS.
