If you choose inexpensive wine, you might be able to do it.

hmmm....we'd have to buy out the entire restaurant it seems for a party of our size.

At Bouchon in Beverly Hills, Adam Tihany has interpreted a Parisian bistro that radiates authenticity and ambiance. Hosts may choose from our 16-seat Escoffier Room, our 10-seat Champagne Salon, or exclusive use of the restaurant, which accommodates up to 100 seated guests or up to 350 guests for standing receptions.

No matter the size and nature of your event, we can accommodate virtually any request and will happily assist you with a range of details, from flowers to videography to parting gifts.

i think there might be some advantage in negotiating time, as well. the restaurant is pretty booked at prime time. but if you guys could go early (5:30 or so) or late (8:30 or so), i happen to know mgt is worried about the turns.
