4. The grader is looking for your ability to "think like a lawyer," which means that you can start with an erroneous legal proposition and reach an erroneous result, but still get points if you applied the proposition correctly.

5. Even Joe Biden was able to pass the bar.

Well it's probably too late to jump right into something at this point. But a challenging or simulating hobby is a great stress relief.

Well, pretty much EVERYONE feels the way you feel before taking the Bar Exam. Need proof? Take a look at this blog: http://butnothanks.blogspot.com/2010...g-to-pass.html But my advice is this: just treat it like any other test. Think back to law school (or even undergrad), and finals week - remember when you'd have to take up to 5 exams in a short period of time? Well, this is no different - just think of it as 3 finals, back to back. You've done it before, and you can do it again. Better yet, just think of it as going to work - you get there at 9, do you thing, leave at 5, and do it again the next day. No. Big. Deal. Also, try to focus on OTHER things -- you definitely do not have to spend every waking moment studying to pass this thing. When I was studying for the exam, I still had dinner with my gf and watched TV every night, went out for drinks, etc. Hell, if you can, I'd encourage you go out for dinner after each night of the exam (and maybe have a beer or two), with people OTHER than other bar-takers. It gives you a chance to decompress, relax, and get ready for the next day. Lastly, I sent you my outlines, and with those, you'll totally pass. J/K P.S. Why the hell are you taking the exam "this weekend"? Are you sure it isn't next Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday like everyone else?

Although not available in the US, I've successfully recommended an anti-anxiety prescription drug (without the typical sedative and hypnotic effects that come with benzos) called "Grandaxin"(known as Tofisopam http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tofisopam ). A friend who had to testify in a civil court case was sweating bullets about it found it managed to effectively calm him down without zonking him out.

In the world of non-prescription supplements etc., you might consider something like L-Theanine although there's debate on whether it really works or not:

strip club. I get a lot of thinking done in there actually...just go by yourself and sit there and watch. You can't use your phone in there so no stress that way. can't surf the net...just concentrating and thinking!
