Can't say that I agree. Off the top of my head, I feel these men are better dressed:

- Koffi Annan
- Ozwald Boateng
- Tony Blair
- Bob Barker

This is not to say he's not a good dresser, but I don't feel he deserves the title of best dressed. Thoughts?

the list seems to be more geared toward popular, in-the-now, celebrities, etc. off your list, boateng would be closest to being in the current celeb-centric world (at least known), but he's not that known.

I'm a huge Bond fan and greatly looking forward to Casino Royale, but honestly here in the US I haven't seen enough of him off-screen to know how well he dresses.

The best dressed is not any of those men. It is one whose name is not widely known by the public.

All these "best Dresses" etc. lists are publicity stunts for upcoming movies/albums/books etc. There's no substance there.

from that list, I would put Nick Cave at #1, at least he dresses himself without help of a stylist and he's had his own unique look for DECADES

Hell yes. The man made winkelpickers look non-ridiculous.

Axl Rose, Marc Anthony and Britney Spears' 11-month old son, Sean Preston Federline, were named the worst dressed.
They must be joking. The kid's still in daipers.

I was going to come in here are suggest Nick Cave, but that has been taken care of. Well done.

Nick Cave doesn't just wear suits, he owns them.

And clearly he signs off on all clothing suggestions

I guess we'll have to wait for the film to be out. The Bond style has held up well through the years with notable exceptions.
