Is the forum running slow for anyone else

Seems like it's crawling to me. Sometimes pages do not post.

Until an hour or so ago it was running way too slow for me, but now it seems to be as fast as usual.

At first I thought it was a server problem. It didn't load at all for me about a hour ago.
