Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Sounds fucking gross. Sparkling wine made with traditional icewine vinification sounds like it'd be at least worth a drink. But...... Is all I can do at this.

Well the colder a wine is, the less you can taste, so i guess this is a positive.

Tried it, Tastes much better than white star. Its sort of fruity so I see why its meant for island resorts. This is not worth a heavy search, But its quite enjoyable.
I dont have a sophisticated palate for champagne but I cracked this bottle with my boss and he was impressed and complemented me on my choice. He has a taste for champagne and I asked him about the taste, He said it was excellent but only for certain specific situations. Seems to me thats why its such a limited realese. Anyways If your at a resort where they offer this, try it, It doesnt taste like pee.
