Yes they do, but from what I recall, resoling your boots at Dayton will cost $100+.

Just had my pair of dayton's arrive,

a note regarding sizing, i wear a 10US in converse, and a 10.5 in nearly every other shoe. the dayton 9.5 is the right fit, glad i ordered it. and thanks gravitypope <3

I'm to ocd for very similar

How is identical minus the 'distressing,' then? As for the sweater, blazingazn, I'd sell it - not their greatest piece and I can't stand crewneck sweaters anymore.

^ yeah it's the basic boot, but they dont roll it up and soak it, most of the appeal i would think. i believe after a couple years of use they would look the same from what i was told. i sweat a lot so anything without a zip or buttons, usually i can't stand.

Sell. I'm the same way.

I have a pair and it took maybe a month to give the same distressed look, not two years. Funny enough, the picture up there of that dude's boots don't even look distressed, just a little toe up-turn which will come with a few wears anyway Worth the extra $400?

totally agree, it's pretty pricey. good to hear wearing it short term will produce some nice damage.

BB1,

I actually have a thin vibram sole (it's even black) attached to the soles of my boots. I got it for traction in snow and rain, and it works very well. People can't notice it at all, and I was initially opposed to the idea. After awhile, I forgot it was even there cause its so unnoticeable, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Whoah, 800 dollar boots? Luckily I payed about 100 dollars more than Dayton's for mine.

I'm still waiting on my undistressed Boots from dayton. Its been over a month
post #764 of 799
Uh? If you think the wait for that is bad you should try the wait between the W+H's re-issued boots after they start running out of sizes.

interested if they offer the same black nubuck leather as the w+h model. I might be interested in going straight through dayton since you could probably get it on a last that isn't EEE. W+H model is retardedly huge at my heel.
