What is that piece of art that I saw?

I've seen this in more than one place... it was recently in a shop window and I regret not buying it. It's well-known... I've seen it in different places. It's this little boy and little girl, and the little girl is pulling her underwear out and the little boy is looking down to catch a glimpse. It looks like a Kim Anderson painting but I don't know....
