I bought an item on a forum similar to this one. The item was described as brand new 10/10. I received the item and it has clearly been worn/washed numerous times. There are also multiply stains. the original color was white but now its a off white almost creme color. The seller refused to refund so I filed a item not described claim through paypal but lost because the item was not sold through ebay. is there anything Im able to do to get my money back?

does not sound promising if paypal sided against you already. If the payment was funded with a credit card, then you may be able to dispute the charge.
