During the week: 5x2 a day at an hour so 10 Plus 5x weights at an hour (how long it takes me anyways) so 15 Plus weekend generally another 3-4 hours of actual work So almost twenty hours? Note: I can get away with this by being a student and only working part time.

5-6 hours if I can make it.

It's really my diet that's the problem though. . .

Weightlifting: 4 days a week, aprox. 1 hr. Strongman shit (tire flips, drags, farmers walks, etc): 2 days, aprox. 1 hr. So about 6 hours a week.

I wish I could do some of these things. I live in a condo and really miss not having a backyard.

I have a quick 30 minute work out (100 pushups, 50 sit ups, and other core exercises), 3 days a week. Building up base muscle, might start doing weights as a new-years resolution.

Plus a round or two of golf.

jogging 7mi/day = 7 hours weights 3 x week = 3 hours so i'd say about 10 hours per week. it's amazing to me that that's insufficient, but it is...

Not nearly enough. Between 5-10 hours.

I used to really be into doing endurance racing and would ride, run and swim like a fool. 20-30 hours a week or more.

Now I ride my bike to work and run a few miles at night. Really had to adjust my eating habits to keep from getting fat.

Hmmm... let's see. My current workout schedule is as follows: Monday: AM swim, PM run, about 1 hour each Tuesday: Strength (about 1.25 hours) Wednesday: GPP and Core (about 1.25 hours) Thursday: AM swim, PM run, about 1 hour each Friday: Strength (about 1.25 hours) Saturday: Intervals, core (about 1 hour) Add a couple of hours of stretching, calisthenics, etc. and I'd say about 10-11 hours.

5.5 hours - 45 minutes x 7 days/week, split between 5 running days and 2 weightlifting days.

now i'm curious.

last week:
Sun: 4.7 mile walk. 1:10
20 mins of pilates
Mon: 1 mile swim, 13.7 run. 2:45
Tues: swim workout. 1:15
20 mins pilates
Wed: rest
Thurs: 20 mile bike, 3.2 mile run. 1:45
20 min pilates
Fri: 1 mile swim. 50 mins
Sat: 18 mile bike, 7 mile run. 2:25
2.75 mile walk. 40 mins

12:30 total.

(this week was taper so probably 60-70% of last week)

if training/working out includes my walking that i do outside of what i do practically on daily basis, then i am about 8 hours per week? but alot of my walking on weekend is also done while during a social manner, and going to places for the purpose of walking in some instances.

minus walking/jogging/aerobic exercise, i would say about 3 hours at most per week for working out/resistance training/stretching. i only use light weights for upper body i.e. 10 pound - 5 pound weights to help in stretch and a bit of resistance. anything more than that, and i am ballooning up my muscle again.

2-3 sessions of boxing, 1-1.5 hours each.
1 long jog, hour
2-3 sessions, short run, weights - 1.5 hours

9 hours, more or less. want to build that to 11-13
