Fantastic deal. I got the imperial graphite and brown burnished tassel loafers for £267 shipped.

alright. no prob. a fashion statement, so to say.

The current 2012 catalog still shows some Imperial models, although the green loafers are gone. Can someone with expereince of both the Imperials and the regular Cheaney models comment on fit of the Imperials lasts versus the regulars? Never an exact science of course, but some anecdotal info would be useful.

^The Imperial last 208 has a very snug fit. If you have wide feet or high instep, they are not a pleasant option.

 

I don't share your experience. The F fitting is no more restrictive than the usual Cheaney offerings IME.
