Is there a final word on Eggs?

Most of what I can find seems like Egg board funded studies in the UK saying you should eat as many as you like, and that study in Louisiana where they gave fat girls eggs and some other fat girl bagels and they were so fucking surprised when the egg people turned out better than the ones eating carbs.

Is it going to kill me to eat two eggs a day or what?

Eggs are delicious and full of protein.

You haven't even told us what you're referring to.

He's asking if there's any harm in eating more than two eggs per day, methinks.

As long as it fits your macros, you'll be good...

What is there to be surprised about? The sample was entirely to small to draw any conclusions from.

Eggs are good. Eat them.

Eat eggs all you want, they're full of good shit.

I'm stuffing down a dozen eggs a day. No problems here. Plenty of other people do that or even more, and their blood work still comes back better than anyone else's blood work.

No thread nazi, but we had a good egg thread 3-4 months ago imo imo.

I've been eating egg whites only

The chicken and egg industry is pretty shady. You get what you pay for.

Even better if you can find true free range eggs. (pasture raised or whatever they call them)

My local Whole Foods has started carrying eggs from a farm near Austin - $6/dozen instead of $2, but that's still pretty damn cheap compared to any other protein source.

Short of that, Christopher Eggs sells Omega-3 eggs at regular grocery stores (I know Kroger carries them). As much fat as you're getting from eggs, might as well help your O3:O6 balance.

Yep there's a warehouse for a free range egg farm about 10 blocks from my house. $4.50 for 20 jumbo eggs.
