What in the name of god is the purported benefit of these horrible creations? The built-in thumbwheel? Is this a shortcoming iPod users (I almost wrote "wearers") have been bemoaning? WTF is so hard, complicated or inconvenient about reaching inside the pocket of one's existing jeans to change songs, playlists, volume, etc? Granted, I am at least three decades removed from the target demo for these threads, but really! Is this at all necessary? What kind of brain damage, from the long-term abuse of what kind of drug, hatched this?

I'm confused. I thought these jeans included a free "Rob Me" sign embroidered on the back pockets. Odd... Jokes about how much these things suck aside, you would think Levi's would run the risk of not making the person who wears them look like a pretentious tool. I'm a big fan of those ipod jackets that completely hide the controls as to be inconspicuous. Burton, for example, has the controls built in to the sleeve and doesn't need that idiotic wheel.

iPods are designed small enough to fit in pockets, this shows how the power of marketing is unbelievable in that they keep coming up with new articles of clothing to "hold" the iPod.

Now, not only will muggers know you are carrying an iPod, they have the new BRIGHT RED Levis EZgrab(TM) handle for easier stealing!

This honestly isn't as bad as I thought it would be. If it were just the pair of jeans with that pocket design and none of the other iPod crap, I might even almost like them.

Levi's just won't lie down and accept it's fate selling easy-fit stonewash 501s to suburban dads and soccer moms on special at Walmart, will they?

To ask an almost worthwhile question, has anyone experienced indigo from raw denim rubbing off on their white iPods?
