Should I or shouldn't I buy... (clothing item)? - Page 5

On the fence about this floral shirt from RL. At what point does a floral shirt become a hawaiin shirt? Does this shirt give a hawaiin/retiree vibe? Need a second opinion.

Perhaps the tastes here are too conventional for my question.

^^ Didnt mean to insult. Was just wondering what type of trousers you intend to wear them with, tucked in or out, etc

Since I seemingly need major help selecting footwear...thoughts on this shoe? I have no brown suede shoes...seems like a pretty decent price?

No problem. I would wear with chinos and boat shoes or bluchers. Tucked.

Actually, I think I'm being too polite here... frankly that shirt is absolutely atrocious. I wouldn't wear that shirt unless you paid me a substantial amount of money or threatened me at gunpoint. The 'vibe' that shirt gives me is badly dressed tourist in Hawaii. Burning it would be a waste of lighter-fluid/matches.

I hope this helps.
Something tells me you wouldn't be the type to wear any floral shirt.

I wouldn't go for them. For that money you'll probably find better options.

Thoughts?

The retiree vibe you mention is also present if that's what you want to communicate. Just my honest opinion since that's the purpose of the thread, buy ten if you want to, it'll make the rest of us look better by comparison.
I decided not to buy it because of the attributes of the shirt I mentioned. You can give your opinion without being a jerk.
