So I have a LG LED with a 240 hertz refresh rate, and Time Warner Cable. The audio and picture are off, and I have no clue on how to fix it. I have reset the box. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Do you mean there's no pic or audio at all? Or is there a poor pic/audio issue?

If nothing is there, check the connection to the TV. HDMI cables can come loose very easily and appear to still be plugged in.

Is it going through any processing in between? Better receivers and TVs should have an option to manually delay the sound or video.
