No, not happy in the least. (No troll)
Life has not gone according to plans A, B, or C, and all for stupid ******* reasons (mostly some very unlucky breaks at critical junctures along the way).
Not looking for a pep talk, or its Reaganite "you're responsible for your own success" equivalent. Just venting.

Whisky usually helps me with this type of stuff. Although I've moved from whisky to vino for the most part.

No, but I'm not doing anything to improve my life now. I am now a follower of the path of least resistance. I've been too disappointed by my failed attempts to improve my lot in life in the past.
