It was a 60 lb (dressed) hog. Picture is the first shoulder being broken off. I think we fed about 50 or so people with that (plus lots of sides). Pig was on the smoker for 8 hours today. Ton of work, I'm exhausted, have had 2 or 3 showers today, etc.
