The smoke will not begin until about 4 am Sunday morning.

It was $30 to rent for the weekend. Supply your own charcoal or wood and protein. I've had smoked tofu too Kyle, and agree it's really good. The protein we're using has eyes though.

You can sort of see the raised bed garden (+ 2 trellises) in the background.
