Go to that Russian Deli out on Geary and like 22nd, near Ton Kiang. They have some interesting wares. I might also try contacting Tokyo Fish Market, I seem to recall some smoked fish therein.

I only know it b/c Matt and I saw it one day driving to Ton Kiang, and then I've made a habit to visit it everytime I went to Ton Kiang after that.

Had smoked scallops a while ago. They were great. Would never have thought about smoking scallops, they were very good.
