My lady and I both work in politics and it is great to have all the network connections of two people in two different offices. Because sometimes a hot female staffer just meets more people, and sometimes a strapping young buck can get more meets with the good ole boys. Never underestimate the strength of a solid power couple.
Also, it doesnt hurt to marry-up

Cool.

And everyone (especially OP) is neglecting the fact that
your highest earning years are ahead of you! even if you are earning $75K right now in your twenties, think of how much you will be earning in your 50's and 60's. Seriously, I can promise you that all the money you think you are making right now is a joke and definitely not worth taking in lue of a qualified queen to rule with.
A little food for thought ~ If you find her BEFORE you get your money, you know she will stay with you if you lose it. Plenty of moguls have struck it rich, gone broke and made it all back several times over. Is she ready for the ride?
