Ridiculous. "Guys, don't buy from this guy because I stupidly bought a pair of jeans after reading the measurements and they don't fit me, he wouldn't give me a return for my mistake"

meh.

as I stated, while I am inclined to agree that a return is not likely justified/justifiable here, there are always two sides to the story, both crafted to paint things in a good light. It's likely that the person will say something more like "OP won't take back the jeans he measured incorrectly" or will have some other explaining backstory.

I've seen how these go before, and not surprisingly, the person with more experience and a better reputation on here is going to win the PR battle. It's happened, we've all seen it, that's just how it works.

All the more reason to be very upfront with your T's and C's.

I'm the guy who bought the black APC's from thegoodlife.

I have a pair of Indigo APC PS Size 33 and they fit and measure differently than the Black APC's i just purchased. I just assumed that the Leg opening, knee and thigh measurements would all be the same, but they are not. These fit like New Cures. That was it. That is what I told him and such was the information exchanged through our correspondence.

Anyway, It's not a big deal and I never BADGERED him for a refund.
He asked me what I would like to do. So I responded by I asking him that if he AGREED I would like to get a refund minus all shipping costs. That was it. He said no and that's alright by me. I understand and life goes on. Just wanted to give my side of the story.
