Ideally Parmesan, though I suppose you could use whatever is in the fridge.

I was also inspired by this thread to make some scrambled eggs yesterday. I ate them with toast, like a normal person, rather than in a precious little cheese bowl.

This made me lol. But still, matt is awesome.

I actually like my eggs on a really crusty piece of toast, with olive oil drizzled on the toast, and some fried tomatoes on the side (never in the eggs b/c it just makes them watery). It's a pretty delightful meal, but it always makes me sleepy afterwards.

I still need to find a place that makes good crusty bread downtown though. That's the one thing i miss most about montreal. You could get pretty good bread all over the place.
