I hem, haven't gotten into cuffs, and don't do any stacking to speak of. I don't look too good on truly skinny jeans, anyways. Just doesn't go with my look, b/c I like to look semi-professional. I have a few pairs of skinnier jeans (like 511s) but the way this forum talks about skinny jeans I wonder if 511s are even considered skinny to some of you!!

i stack every pair of jeans and hem my dress/non-jeans pants.

i do not like rolling at all.

A little bit of stacking on slim tapered jeans looks great, as with most things don't overdo it. I think it gives the illusion of a straight cut as well as provides some interesting detail as opposed to just having clean straight lines everywhere.

The funny things is, I like the rolled look in all these lookbooks and blogs lately, but everytime I do it except with a pair of beat purcells or desert boots, I dislike it on me. I roll my narrow wings and horn chinos, will cuff my new Samurai 710s when I get them hemmed to a 34" inseam, but hemmed my Naked & Famous slim guys and my last pair of APC NS with only a slight break to show. I quess I like to change things up least I get bored. Really, it depends on cut, season, and shoe IMO.

For straight leg denim I cuff and occasional skinny jeans I let them stack. Trousers really shouldn't be cuffed unless you are a 48 year old Milanese banker with an interest in summery pastels, but that's just my opinion, whatever looks best on you is the best for you.
