I am an American graduate student studying in Paris for the next two years, and the apartment (smoke free and pet free) I am staying in will be empty for the month of August, and possibly July as well. I know this isn’t the typical for sale post here on the forums, but I’ve seen them before and even a house in Texas so I thought I’d check to see if there is any interest with all of the vacationing members we have here. The apartment is a 40 square meter one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, nice wood floors, two marble fireplaces and classic molding around the ceilings. Included in the apartment is of course all utilities, unlimited wireless internet, television with around 60 channels, including ones in English, washing machine, dishwasher, and a landline phone which includes unlimited calls to the U.S. (land and cell). The apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement on a quiet side-street, and is made even quieter by the interior courtyard. The neighborhood includes all of the necessities such as grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, parks and pubs all within very short walking distance while also being conveniently located between two metro lines (stop Faidhberbe Chaligny for the 8 line and stop Charronne for the 9 line). The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to Bastille, Republic, or Nation, and about a 20-25 minute walk to Notre Dame.

Price (Depends upon length of stay):
$350 per week (or $65 per night) with additional discounts for longer stays
