Simple basketball offense?

OK, so now for something serious... So i'm in a senior rec league team We've been doing well the last few years and got another 7-8 games until the we move up another division next season and I think we maybe need to have some basic offensive sets or plays so everyone's moving and know where the need to be on the floor. Does anyone have experience in high school coaching and could recommend a simple offense or set of plays etc. that would be suitable for a rec team? I'm not looking for an NBA playbook, just something simple that we could run through in a few sessions. We mainly play against 2-3 zones, and have 3-4 good shooters and a good post player. Triangle offense would be great but calling in Phil Jackson is not in our budget!

pretty basic. its been about 10 years since I've coached, but this is what we essentially ran.

Another basic variant of the motion offense here, and meant to break down the 2-3. Takes more cardio than the typical motion offense though
