Any advice on how one can shave his back without assistance?

Ask your mom/girlfriend/good friend who is also into fitness.

Go to the spa every other month. $50 for back waxing. A woman will do it, which will make it a little sexy, even while she causes you some pain.

Don't do it because some women love it. Those are the ones you keep.

If the woman doing the waxing is hot you learn to love the pain. Pretty soon you're waxing / trimming more areas and then it gets really fun.

Get a beard trimmer and reach over your shoulder. I usually only get a few stray hairs on the upper back and shoulders and reaching over takes care of it for the most part.
