I purchased this last week on ebay, it's in the condition that the seller claimed to be, 3 weeks old, like new condition(almost show no signs of use at all), never been jailbroken before, the seller received a new phone because his old one was having issues. I have only used it for less than 20 minutes trying to jailbreak it, but at the moment, a 3gs that's never been jailbroken before cannot be JBed. i am selling it for $285 shipped CONUS http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWNX:IT
