For those of you who don't post pictures in the WAYWT threads, do you think you look better or worse than the majority of what's posted (or about the same)? I have to say, I'm not too impressed with at least 90% of what's in there.

About average I guess. Worse than dudes who really know what they're doing like nn vonwitzletc and Uncontrol, better than the guys who post once get ripped apart and disappear.

I dress differently than most people in WAYWT. Whether that's better or worse is purely a matter of opinion.

I've yet to see someone actually look good dress well who makes the kind of claims that people dress terribly in waywt and they dress better but just don't want to post pics. Usually it just ends up being some unflattering chinos or too thick raw jeans and a mediocre to poor fitting button up. A lot of members dress pretty well when they want to and have posted many outfits so it is not just a best 2 outfits they own kinda thing. Props to them. Nuts to the rest Jet of course has immunity unlike the rest of the schmucks

Too subjective, different styles and opinions, different social contexts, hard to tell who really wears "baller" stuff near-every day and who just puts on a front, etc etc...

Worse, much worse.

Well, better than the guys who post once in fatass gear and ugly button downs and then disappear. Who was that guy where hendrix challenged us to get a fit as good as his? I dress like him most of the time, but with nicer shoes.

I look significantly better IRL than my pictures in that thread. In real life I'm laid back and confident; I have good posture and my clothes don't bunch in odd ways. However, I simply cannot capture that via photography, no matter how much i fiddle with my camera settings. I realized this when ARW was like "this is the best your proportions have looked in a WAYWT pic." I've always had those proportions, but capturing them correctly is beyond me. Ability to take pictures is completely unrelated to looking good but those things are sorely conflated on WAYWT.
