Yes ofcourse, a Locksmith can do it, but it's going to get expensive. I'd think more along the lines of putting them in a locked closet, or buying some chain and some padlocks. One method that works on some of these lock types is to put the corner of a business card (or something thin like that with a tip) between the digits. Turn one digit until you feel it catch. Repeat the process for the other two digits. Once you have all three you may need to turn all three digits in the same direction one at a time until the lock opens. Good luck!
