1) Where can I get my hair cut like this? What's this haircut called?

2) What hair product would I need to use to get my hair to stand and look like that? The gel that I use looks hardened and wet, while the pictures above air much softer, scruffier - which I like.

Sperm provides the look to the hair you desire. I advise using generous amounts, maybe that from about 10 men should do the trick.

Hairstyle: essentially the modern fauxhawk. Also, just take pictures into the salon & tell them that's what you want. Easy enough, right? For a snarky answer on product, sperm is the product you want. For a real answer, try Aveda Men's grooming creme. It is light and doesn't harden and get crispy. Remember though, less is more. Use much less than you think you'll need at first, and if you need a bit more, use a pea sized amount until you achieve the desired results.

Print picture, take to salon, ask them to do your hair that way then ask what they used to do that with and buy it.

Dude, you don't want that haircut. Trust me. It's very 2002 or so, and everyone knows it. It also looks silly and is very hard to maintain. Lose-lose, IMO.
