Wait, can't some surface STDs be taken care of by a quick shower after sex?

I voted yes, but I have to qualify that. I would always ask if she wants to join. If she doesn't then I don't think it's rude to go wash yourself. If you want morning sex (or just later sex), having sex juice fermenting on your penis is not a good idea. However, if the woman is leaving and not spending the night and you're not going to continue having sex, I'd probably just wait until she's gone.

I push the condom off from the top, and pull the tip out as I do... my dick isn't a scaly piece of shit so it slides relatively well.

I give the girl a towel which I would have had conveniently located. Or, if she under 23, I hand her a t-shirt.

If it's nighttime, I then fall asleep with my dick nestled in her rear.

If morning, I ask if she wants to shower.

Not complex, just makes sense.
