Help on my Clarks

Hey Everyone,

Need some advice. I have a pair of beeswax leather Clarks desert boots and they were drenched in rainwater after I was surprised by some heavy showers one day...can't say there's any water damage, but the color has warped a bit and there's an ashy cover over the leather...I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to help restore the leather. I had been browsing a few leather treatment products but most of them seem to be for waxed leather...

Any help would be appreciated!
