Based on the Wiki definition related to woman, I would say insult. Also, based on the Urban Dictionary definition, I would still say insult. I ain't ever been with, nor gonna be with no unsophisticated stout woman!

She's the former, and the guy saying it is a friend so I didn't it as an insult, but before I formulate any thought I always check with sf first.
