Here is a prime example of the vintage SA-9100 integrated amplifier and TX-9100 Tuner from Pioneer. These models were manufactured between 1973 and 1974 and was in their top-end range. Even today, these will blow most consumer grade stuff out of the water. They have a solid wood (Walnut?) cabinet, brushed aluminum face and is pretty heavy, with the amp weighing in at 29 lbs. More specs can be found here: http://www.classic-audio.com/pioneer/SA-9100.html and

This was my spare set-up for the past five years. I seldom used it and now I find myself a bit short on money. Since it got such little use from myself and it served more as a trophy find, I figure I may as well find it a new home. It works splendidly. I spun Muddy Water's "Electric Mud" on it one last time before I unhooked everything and it sounded magnificent.

Condition:

Amp: This is in mint condition. Looks brand new. No corner dings, gouges in the wood cabinet or major scratches/scuffs on the face. I purchased this five years ago from an elderly couple who were downsizing. I purchased this and the matching TX-9100 Stereo tuner (also for sale this week) from them. They took amazing care of these two pieces. Both were seldom used and kept in a storage cabinet. Both included the original boxes and packing material. Sadly, I seem to have misplaced the box for this amp, though I do have the one for the tuner. I know I have it around here somewhere. I will do some more digging and if I find it, I will include it in the sale.

Tuner: Looks brand new. Only flaws I can are a couple slight nicks on the top right edge (see photo) and the broken antenna mount in the back. It was like that when I bought it. The plastic piece that held the antenna in place broke. My guess that when the original owners were unhooking the components and putting them in the boxes, the old brittle plastic gave way. The piece is pretty universal, it's held on by 4 Phillips screws. Replacement should be easy to find on here, or find a cheap parts tuner. With that said, I used it for 5 years how it was and it doesn't affect it one bit. Nobody sees the back of the tuner. No corner dings, gouges in the wood cabinet or major scratches/scuffs on the face. I will pack the tuner in the original box w/ original packing materials and wrap in brown paper to prevent any writing/postal stickers on the box.

Both start at $9.99 with no reserve and end Sunday (7/4) evening.
