A bit of help on Taxes

I am a junior currently working in New York on a summer internship. I should have no exemptions correct? Also while I get withholding tax back from Federal and NY, I still get charged (and probably never get back) Medicare and Social Security.


As you can see, I never filled out a tax form in my life and surprising googling it is a bit confusing as I cannot get a straight answer.
