Fusion blades are stainless steel. No rust. Now you know.

Stainless steel can still rust. The ammount of nickle and chromium inside the blade is what prevents it from happening.

+1. If you're willing to tackle the learning curve, DE razors provide an incredibly close shave with no irritation. And the blades are so cheap, they might as well be free.

I use the Schick Hydro 3, 5 blades are $6 and the razor was $8. Each blade lasts about 10-8 shaves then starts to get dull. It's a hell of allot easier to use then a DE, which I have with durby blades. It gives me a better shave then my DE and doesn't slice my face open when I make an error.

Hell yes. The blades are so cheap I bought a handmade Silvertip shaving brush from Germany, and usually buy the top tier shaving creams, and STILL come out way ahead of Gillette/foam users.

these think are getting out of control price wise. I buy the cheap throw aways and use them once or twice and start wit a new one.
you can get a pack of 50 for a couple of bucks.

As an FYI, there are alot of fake Gillette Fusion and Mach3 blades out there, especially on eBay. Watch out!

I buy them from Amazon thanks to free shipping. $40 lasts me half a year with 16 cartridges which isn't bad. Ditto on the alcohol recommendation.
